Description: |
ORS 453.342, requires any fire department, emergency service personnel, or law enforcement agency responding to an incident of injury to a human, wildlife, domestic animal, or property loss or damage to the environment resulting from a hazardous substance emergency, to make a written report of the incident to the Office of State Fire Marshal within 10 working days.
