Description: Off-Interstate Logo Boards are those Logo boards situated on highways other than Interstates. Off-interstate Logo signs are seen as alternatives to billboard advertising by many businesses and environmental groups. They are actually Traffic Control Devices and must meet all regulations set by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and state sign standards. Many confuse these signs with advertising, but they are regulated in the same manner as any other directional or regulatory sign covered under Federal policy.
