| Description: |
This permit, issued by the Air Quality Division, Department of Environmental Quality, is to be used by facilities or abatement contractors performing asbestos removal or maintenance activities on a yearly basis where the abatement is limited to less than 40 linear or 80 square feet of friable asbestos material.
