A special use permit or lease for a wide variety of uses of state land not authorized by other agency rules (such as rangeland for grazing).
Examples of special uses include:Agriculture
Communications facilities
Industrial, business and commercial purposes
Motion picture filming and set construction
Recreational cabins
Renewable energy products not bound by other rules
Scientific experiments and demonstration projects
Sporting and other events
Sunken log and abandoned piling salvage
Upland quarry |

Varies by use and length.
The application processing fee for a special use lease shall be five hundred dollars ($500). The application processing fee for a special use permit shall be determined by the Director, and shall not be less than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500). |

D. Supplemental Attachment.
