| Description: |
A valid Outdoor Club License is required to operate an outdoor club. (ORS 498.406)
"Outdoor club" means a business entity organized for profit that:(a) Conducts, or under whose authority is conducted, hunting or angling or both hunting and angling activities exclusively for its members and their guests; and
(b) Engages in promotional plan activities for the sale of membership in such club.
