Description: This permit allows the use of bus safety lights, the red and amber alternately flashing lights described in ORS 818.260, on any bus operated by a religious organization while the bus is used to transport children to and from religious services or an activity or function authorized by the religious organization.

This permit is issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation, Safety Division. Contact the Vehicle Equipment and Standards Program at 503-986-4198.
