| Prerequisites: |
1. Be at least 18 years of age.
2. Operator listed on application must hold a current Limited Public Display Operator Certification.
3. Wholesaler listed on application must hold a current Oregon Wholesale Fireworks permit.
4. Application must be signed showing approval by both local fire and law enforcement authorities where the display will be held and where the fireworks are stored prior to the display. |
