Prerequisites: |
Complete and return the Cemetery Licensing / Registration Questionnaire to the Oregon Mortuary and Cemetery Board office.
In order for the cemetery to be registered with the Oregon Mortuary and Cemetery Board as a Registered Cemetery, the cemetery cannot be operating (performing interments) and cannot have a burial before February 14, 1909.
