Description: This license is for any person who deals in, sells, handles, consigns, or accepts on consignment, imports, stores, displays or advertises nursery stock which the person has not grown.

Fees - application, exam, etc.:  License based on Gross Annual Purchases of Nursery Stock
(Cut Flowers are exempt)
Up to $20,000 = $112
$20,001 - $100,000 = $112 plus .0014 over $20,000 = Base fee
$100,001 - $200,000 = $224 plus .0011 over $100,000 = Base fee
$200,001 - $500,000 = $334 plus .00056 over $200,000 = Base fee
$500,001 - $2,000,000 = $502 plus .0005 over $500,000 = Base fee
$2,000,001 & above = $1,256 plus .00045 over $2,000,000 = Base fee
Maximum Fee = $20,000.

In addition to the annual license fee above, there will be a research assessment equal to .0002 of annual sales ($10.00 minimum) and a Pest & Disease Emergency Response Fund Fee of $2.50.
Nursery License Fee = Base fee + Research Assessment Fee + P & D Emergency Response Fee
License fees are not prorated.
