Description: Persons or businesses that cash checks for a fee must be licensed and are limited in the fees they can charge. Licensees must post their fees, keep records of check-cashing transactions, and submit an annual report. Exemption for certain retail businesses.

investigation fee - $75

application fee $150 per person
