| Description: |
Persons holding valid Oregon Psychologist/Psychologist Associate licenses who have made written request to the Oregon Board of Psychologist Examiners and have demonstrated to the Board's satisfaction that they are not and will not engage in active practice in Oregon during a given calendar year may be granted inactive status. Violation of claimed inactive status shall be considered sufficient grounds for revocation of licensure by the Board.
