Description:	The paddock judge shall ensure that all greyhounds in each race conform to the card index identification and shall report any discrepancies to the judges. S/he also shall not allow anyone to present for weigh-in a greyhound for offical schooling or official racing except the greyhound's kennel owner, trainer, or designated licensed groom. The paddock judge is responsible for the management of the kennel master, scale clerk and lead-outs. S/he is responsible for having the scales checked for accuracy by a certified person prior to the racemeet and at least once every 30 days thereafter.

Duration:	3 fiscal years
Fees - application, exam, etc.:	All Oregon Racing Commission (ORC) licenses cost $30 for the initial 3-year license, and then $2 per year for each additional license category. All "add on" licenses will expire at the same time as the initial license. Renewals are processed exacly like the initial application.
