Description: Shucker-Packer (SP) means dealers who shuck, pack, and repack shellfish. Such dealers will be certified as a shucker-packer and assigned a certification number designating shucker-packer (SP) as the type of operation.

Duration: 1 year (Jan. 1-Dec. 31)
Fees - application, exam, etc.:  Food Safety Division License Fees - see exceptions section
License fees are not prorated.
License is not transferable to new locations or owners.
