Applicants must pass a written test before submitting an application. The examinations are required by the International Code Council (ICC). Exam Repeat: May retake the exam once during a 180-day period; retake fee is $75.
Prerequisites:
1. Pass a qualifying exam approved by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. 2. Submit a license application form accompanied by the appropriate fee.
