Examination Fee - $75
Responsible Agency: Environmental Quality Department (DEQ)
Examination Information: Applicants must pass a written test before submitting an application. The examinations are required by the International Code Council (ICC).
Examination reservations and locations: Call ICC at 1-888-422-7233 x33823, or visit their Web site at: http://www.iccsafe.org/certification/ust-ast/
Exam Pass: Minimum scaled score of "75".
Exam Repeat: May retake the exam once during a 180-day period; retake fee is $75.
Prerequisites: 1. Pass a qualifying exam approved by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality.
2. Submit a license application form accompanied by the appropriate fee.
