| Description: |
Before professional real estate activity can be undertaken from a branch office, a principal real estate broker, property manager or a sole practitioner real estate broker must register the branch office location with the Real Estate Agency by supplying the street and mailing addresses of the branch office location. In addition, and where applicable, the principal real estate broker shall provide a statement to the Commissioner of the Real Estate Agency that the principal real estate broker will supervise and control the professional real estate activity conducted from this branch office location.
