| Description: |
"Authorized Agent": An individual granted designated powers to act for the owner through a written instrument signed by the owner and filed in accordance with the Rules of Greyhound Racing. A person with power of attorney to act for another is an authorized agent. |

All ORC licenses cost $30 for the initial 3-year license, and then $2 per year for each additional license category. All "add on" licenses will expire at the same time as the initial license. Renewals are processed exacly like the initial application.
All applications are considered pending until they are reviewed by the stewards / judges. The application fee is not refundable, even if the license is denied. |

Lost licenses are replaced at a cost of $5 per year left until expiration of the original license. Duplicate license expiration date is the same as the original license. |
