| Description: |
"Exhibition" means a demonstration of boxing or wrestling skills.
"Boxing" means a contest between two contestants who fight with their fists protected by gloves or mittens fashioned of leather or similar material, the duration of which contest is limited to a stated number of rounds which are separated by rest periods of equal duration and includes kickboxing, as defined in ORS 463.015(1).
"Wrestling" includes any other form of fighting or combat, other than that described in ORS 463.015(1) and OAR 230-010-0005, between two or more contestants where such contestants deliver blows to an opponent's body or apply holds to the opponent's body in order to punish, immobilize or throw the opponent with the possible effect of such blows or holds rendering the opponent unable to continue the contest.
Organizations exempt from licensing and bonding provisions are found in ORS 463.210.
