| Description: |
This license may be obtained by juveniles from the ODFW Marine Program Office in Newport (503-867-4741) for taking herring, pilchard, perch, anchovies, and candlefish by a hand or jig line and selling to wholesale fish or bait dealers. A juvenile is any individual 17 years of age or younger as of January 1 of the year for which the license is issued.
