No registration, filing, or fee is required. No franchisor may offer or sell a franchise in Oregon without first delivering a disclosure statement to the prospective purchaser at least 10 business days prior to signing any agreement or the payment of any consideration, including refundable deposits. The disclosure statement may be either one of the following: - The Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) adopted available at the NASAA website
- The disclosure statement required by the Federal Trade Commission Trade Regulation Rule entitled "Disclosure Requirements and Prohibitions Concerning Franchsiing and Business Opportunity Ventures" set forth in 16 CFR 436. See the FTC's website for information about this disclosure statement
