| Description: |
A trainer's license is required of persons employed by a racing animal owner or stable/kennel to condition and care for racing animals racing in Oregon. A kennel may have only one trainer.

- All ORC licenses cost $30 for the initial 3-year license, and then $2 per year for each additional license category.
- All "add on" licenses will expire at the same time as the initial license.
- Renewals are processed exacly like the initial application.
- Duplicate licenses are $5 per year left until expiration of the original license.
- All applications are considered pending until they are reviewed by the stewards / judges.
- The application fee is not refundable, even if the license is denied.
