| Description: |
The assistant mutuel manager shall help the mutuel manager run the mutuel department and shall help enforce all pari-mutuel rules of the commission; shall help ensure that minors are not allowed to wager; shall help ensure that wagering facilities and pari-mutuel clerks prsent a neat appearance and that clerks conduct themselves in a professional manner.

- All ORC licenses cost $30 for the initial 3-year license, and then $2 per year for each additional license category.
- All "add on" licenses will expire at the same time as the initial license.
- Renewals are processed exacly like the initial application.
- Lost licenses are replaced at a cost of $5 per year left until expiration of the original license
