Description: |
Supported Living refers to a service which provides the opportunity for persons with developmental disabilities to live in the residence of their choice within the community with recognition that needs and preferences may change over time. Levels of support are based upon individual needs and preferences as defined in the Individual Support Plan. Such services may include up to 24 hours per day of paid supports which are provided in a manner that protects an individual's dignity. |
