| Description: |
Transfer application to temporarily change, for one irrigation season, the place of water use, the type of water use identified in a right to store water, the type of use from a primary right to a supplemental right, a point of diversion or appropriation, and a surface water point of diversion to a ground water appropriation.

| Prerequisites: |
1. A district temporary transfer is limited to changes to irrigation water rights located within district boundaries. The definition of "district boundaries" is found in OAR 690-385-0100(3).
2. A water right must be "a water use subject to transfer" to qualify. The definition of "water use subject to transfer" is found in OAR 690-385-0100(17). |
