Description: Federal Agriculture permits fall into 2 groups:
1. Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service Permits
    a. Biotechnology Regulatory Services (BRS) Notifications and Permits Required for the importation, interstate movement, or release of regulated genetically engineered organisms.
    b. Plant Protection and Quarantine(PPQ) permits required to import and transit both plant pests and regulated plants and plant products. Additionally the domestic movement of plant pests.
    c. Veterinary Services (VS) permits required for the importation of certain animals and animal products. Also required for the importation and interstate movement of bacteria, viruses, and prion agents that are disease agents of animals and poultry.
2. Center for Veterinary Biologics - Veterinary biologics (VB) are vaccines, bacterins, diagnostics, etc, which are used to prevent, treat, or diagnose animal diseases.
    a. US Veterinary Biologics Establishment License required for each domestic manufacturer of VBs.
    b. US Veterinary Biologics Product License required for each VB produced for sale by domestic manufacturer.
    c. US Veterinary Biologics Product Permit required for foreign manufacturers of VBs to import their VB products for general distribution and sale.
    d. Official Export Certificate for Animal Biological Products required by foreign countries to furnish official certification that certain products have been prepared in accordance with the Virus-Serum-Toxin Act (9CFR 112)
    e. Licensing and Inspection Certificate (restricted or unrestricted) used to certify that the manufacturer of biologics or diagnostics has been licensed and inspected under the laws and regulations of the USA. No worthless, dangerous, contaminated or harmful products may be licensed or distributed.
3. Forest Service (USDA) Recreation Passes & Permits
