Description: 24 Hour Residential programs provide comprehensive care, training and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in homes of 5 or fewer; or facilities of 6 or more in the community. This includes those services that assist an individual maintaining or increasing his or her functional independence, achieving community presence and participation, enchancing productivity, and enjoying a satisfying lifestyle. Also includes systematic, planned maintenance, development or enhancement of self-care, social or independent living skills, or planned sequence of systematic interations, activities, structured learning situations, or educational experiences designed to meet each individual's specified needs in the areas of integration and independence.

Fees - application, exam, etc.:  $60.00 for facilities of 6 or more; $30 for homes of 5 of fewer.

Insurance Requirements: Contract requires Workers Compensation, general liability, auto and personal liability.
Prerequisites: *All employess must be 18 or over,
*pass criminal history check,
*Director must have 5 years experience,
*Homes must be in compliance with licensing rules and with State Fire Marshall requirements, policies, procedures and
*record keeping systems must be in place and in compliance with the rules.
