Prerequisites: |
1. Have a Master's Degree or equivalent in Speech Pathology. 2. Complete nine months of full-time professional employment after receiving master's degree. 3. Pass National Teacher's Examination in Speech Pathology (Praxis Exam); or have a Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. 4. Submit evidence of either: a. 30 hours of approved professional development taken no earlier than 24 months prior to application. b. at least 10 hours of approved professional development taken no earlier than 24 months prior to application with promise to take the remainder from 30 within 1 year of initial licensure. |
