Description: Pending investigation of the qualifications or fitness of an applicant for licensure, the Director, may grant such applicant, except promoters, a temporary permit to act in the capacity for which a license is required. The granting of a temporary permit shall, however, carry no presumption of the qualification or fitness of such applicant for licensure, and the same may at any time be summarily terminated in the event the application for a license is denied by the Superintendent. No such temporary permit shall be issued to any boxer, wrestler, or referee whose application is not accompanied by satisfactory physical and eye examination reports from duly licensed physicians.
