Description:	The program editor shall compile the race information necessary for the program which shall be printed for each racing day and shall contain the names of the entries that are to be run in each of the races for that day, in post position order, with the post positions designated by numerals to the left and in line with the names of the entries in each race. The program editor shall be responsible for any error in the program caused by the program editor's error or negligence. The program editor shall designate the area in which material is prepared for the program and the areas of the computers, terminals and printer as a restricted area. Only licensed personnel on official business shall be permitted in this area.

Duration:	3 fiscal years
Fees - application, exam, etc.:	All Oregon Racing Commission (ORC) licenses cost $30 for the initial 3-year license, and then $2 per year for each additional license category. All "add on" licenses will expire at the same time as the initial license. Renewals are processed exacly like the initial application.
