| Description: |
The ocean Dungeness crab permit is required in addition to a commercial boat license to participate in the ocean Dungeness crab fishery. Prior year permit renewable if crab permit fees are paid by December 31 of permit year. A Dungeness crab permit which is not renewed by December 31 lapses, and may not be renewed for subsequent years.
