Examination Information: |
Must attend Civil Commitment Investigator/Examiner Training provided by the Office of Mental and Addiction Services. Exam is administered at the training. |

Prerequisites: |
Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional with 3 years of experience, Must have 2 letters of recommendation from Qualified Mental Health Professionals and be recommended by the Community Mental Health Program Director. |

Prerequisites Must be recommended by the Community Mental Health Program Director and present evidence of the required continuing education credits. |
