Description: Required for persons who perform any of the following sewage disposal services:
  1. construction of onsite sewage disposal systems (including placement of portable toilets) or parts of such systems;
  2. grading, excavating, or earthmoving work connected with the construction of onsite sewage disposal systems;
  3. pumping out or cleaning of onsite sewage disposal systems or parts of such systems; or
  4. disposal of material derived from pumping out or cleaning of onsite sewage disposal systems. Onsite systems include standard subsurface, alternative, experimental, and non-water carried systems, including portable toilets.
