Large and Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generators are subject to time limits for the storage of their waste. An extension of up to 30 days may be granted by the Department of Environmental Quality on a case by case basis. For further information refer to Title 40 CFR Part 262.34(b&f) for this requirement.
