| Prerequisites: |
Before a license can be issued, the applicant shall submit a completed application and appropriate annual license fee.
The applicant must list any violations of the Federal Seed Act, the Oregon Seed Law or any other state seed law that occurred within 36 months prior to the date of the application, and any penalty or penalties totaling $10,000 or more or involving probation or suspension of a license. |

Persons operating more than one branch, plant or warehouse where seeds are sold shall obtain a separate license for each location.
License is personal to the applicant and cannot be transferred to another person or entity. |
