A person engaged in the business of freezing or making frozen desserts, as defined in ORS 621, and then selling those frozen desserts at wholesale.
Frozen dessert means a food product that is defined and standardized by rule. |

Examination Information: |
No exam or inspection required for this license if the activity is performed in conjunction with the operation of a licensed food or dairy facility, such as a restaurant or dairy products plant.
If operating independently, the firm needs to comply with requirements for a food processing establishment. In this case, inspection of facilities by the department is required prior to issuance of the license. |
