Description: With this endorsement, a business is eligible to remove lead-based paint from residential and commercial buildings.
Statutes, Rules, Ordinances: ORS 701
OAR 812-007
Duration: 1 year (renews every June 30)
Fees - application, exam, etc.:  $50 for endorsement
Responsible Agency: Construction Contractors Board (CCB)
Examination Information: No exam is required for the endorsement
Bonding Requirements: No bond required for the endorsement
Insurance Requirements: No insurance required for the endorsement
Prerequisites: In order to receive Lead-Based Paint endorsement, a contracting business must be licensed with the CCB as a "General - All Structures" or "Specialty - All Structures". All licensing requirements apply.

$50 fee
copy of the certificate issued by the Health Division showing that the firm is certified to conduct LBP activities.
