Department of Administrative Services through the Human Resource Services Division (HRSD), Training Development and Recruitment has developed Transition Services for state employees. During these times of economic downturn and in the face of budget cuts, layoffs, and service strains we are here to provide leadership and support to our workforce in facing the challenges that lay ahead for all of us.
In designing these services, we have shaped trainings and workshops to support three specific audiences: displaced employees, retained employees, and managers.
