Description: |
Limited permit holders take X-rays for diagnostic purposes. They work under the supervision of a licensed practitioner, such as a physician. Their duties are to take X-rays on specific anatomic areas of the human body. They are not allowed to perform contrast studies or special head studies, such as computerized tomography. |

Continuing Ed Requirements: |
Limited permit holders are required to obtain continuing education hours based on the number of categories in which a limited permit is held. For a disply grid of CE requirements Continuing Education Requirements. |
Prerequisites: |
1. Complete a Board-approved Core Module Course; and 2. Complete practical experience requirements; and 3. Pass the examination in Core Module and at least one anatomical area. |
