Examination Information: |
Exam Time: Throughout the year. Exam Locations: Check with the testing agency. Exam Pass: 70 percent or higher is acceptable on clinical work. Exam Repeat: After third failure, must pass remedial education program. |
Prerequisites: |
1. Be 18 years of age or older. 2. Graduate from an American Dental Association (ADA) accredited dental hygiene program. If Dental Hygiene degree was obtained at a non-ADA accredited program, contact the Board for licensing requirements 3. Pass national written exam and clinical exam conducted by either the Central Regional Dental Testing Service (CRDTS) and the Western Regional Examining Board and jurisprudence exams. |
