| Description: |
Initial; annual (renewal), change of address, work or attend educational institution after high school or any change in work or attendance at an educational institution after high school; registration required of any person convicted of a registerable sex crime per ORS 181.592, placed within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court for having committed a crime which if committed by an adult would constitute a sex crime, or convicted in another jurisdiction of a crime the elements of which constitute a sex crime, or persons required to register as sex offenders in another state who move to Oregon regardless of the crime of conviction. Sex offender registration is required annually within 10 days of the date of birth, within 10 days of any change of residence and within 10 days of working or attending or change in work or attendance at an educational institution after high school.
