| Description: |
ORS 811.590 requires that persons who park a vehicle in a designated winter recreation parking area between November 15 and April 30 must display a winter recreation parking permit issued by Oregon Driver & Motor Vehicle Services (DMV) or an authorized sales agent. An Advisory committee designates certain areas to be plowed for winter recreation. Permits are required when parking in those areas. Permits are transferable from vehicle to vehicle.
