Description: |
A Short Term Air Contaminant Discharge Permit (ACDP), issued by the Department of Environmental Quality, is for any short term, unexpected or emergency activity that results in emissions from nonmajor businesses that emit or have the potential to emit less than 100 tons per year of carbon monoxide, nitrous oxide, sulfur dioxide, lead, particulate matter; or less than 10 tons per year of an individual Hazardous Air Pollutant, or less than 25 tons per year of more than one Hazardous Air Pollutant.
