Description: For structures actively and exclusively used in receipt and discharge of merchandise, a Wharf Structure Registration Application must be approved.

Required Documentation: A. Full size assessor map (16 inches x 16 inches), scale: 1 inch = 100 feet, that contains the riparian uplands. Do not mark on this map.
B. A copy of the current yearýs property tax statement, which identifies the present ownerýs name(s), land values, land size and tax account numbers of the riparian uplands.
C. A separate drawing to a scale of 1 inch = 100 feet of all existing and proposed structures for the wharf registration area. Show the dimensions of the wharf each
area by length and width.
D. A street or highway location map with road directions to the site from the nearest main highway or road.
E. Photo(s) of the existing structure or site of proposed structure.
