Prerequisites: |
A propagation facility operational plan must be developed in consultation with ODFW and approved before any activity may occur under this license. Fish Transport Permits are required to transport fish or eggs into, outside of, or within Oregon. |

- species and source of fish;
- status of applications for federal, state or local permit,
- including a water right from Water Resources Department,
- a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit from Department of Environmental Quality, and
- land use permits from county facility is located in.

A record of all business transactions involving the sale, purchase, shipment or loss of fish or eggs must be maintained at the facility and are subject to inspection. |
