A $15,000 surety bond or an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of $15,000 is required. |

| Prerequisites: |
No person shall engage in business as a wholesale produce dealer unless the person has first made written application for, paid the fee, and received, a license from the Oregon Department of Agriculture. |
