Description: The licensee deals in, handles or trades in produce and does not operate exclusively as a grower, retailer, or warehouseman. (This definition does not apply to a person who is a cash buyer.)

Duration: 1 year (July 1 to June 30)
Fees - application, exam, etc.:  $70
Plus $5 for each motor vehicle used by the wholesale produce dealer in business to transport produce.
Responsible Agency: Agriculture Department
Bonding Requirements: A $15,000 surety bond or an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of $15,000 is required.
Insurance Requirements: None
Prerequisites: No person shall engage in business as a wholesale produce dealer unless the person has first made written application for, paid the fee, and received, a license from the Oregon Department of Agriculture.
