Water-related projects are those projects in wetlands and waterways. The waterways and wetlands themselves are vital to the economy and well being of Oregonians. This is a complicated zone with many agencies involved in the protection, conservation, and best use of the water resources of Oregon. Usually multiple permits/certifications/registrations etc. (all called permits here) are required to do a project. This is just at the State level. In addition, there are often Federal and local jurisdiction permits required for the project. Here is a link to the Do I Need To Meet This Requirement determination Tool to help you determine which requirements you need to meet. The following is a list of permits, by state agency, that may be required for a water-related project.
