Wilsonville area businesses are subject to licensing and transit tax requirements, as per city ordinance. All persons engaged in business in the City are required to have a Wilsonville Business License.
"person" means all domestic and foreign corporations, cooperative corporations, associations, syndicates, partnerships of every kind, joint ventures and individuals or societies of individuals transacting and carrying on
any business in the City. |
