| Examination Information: |
Exams are given for tank decommissioning, installation and retrofit, cathodic protection services and tank tightness testing. Applicants must pass a written test(s) before submitting an application. The examinations are given by the International Code Council (ICC).

Exam Pass: Minimum scaled score of 75.
Exam Repeat: May retake exam once during 180-day period; retake is $75. |
