Where you wish to teach at any level a highly specialized subject for which the commission does not issue licenses in an endorsed specialty. You have to have an associate's degree or the equivalent in formal postsecondary education. After being offered employment, apply for this license jointly with your new employer. This license is renewable and it is restricted for use in the applying district only. To renew the applicant must pass a basic skills test and pass a civil rights test.
