Description: |
Permits needed for removing or filling 50 cubic yards or more of materials from waterways, lakes, wetlands, the Territorial Sea and certain ditches and artifically created water bodies. Permits required for any removal or fill in state scenic waterways and essential salmon habitat streams.
Water related projects often require multiple permits. Please see Common Water Related Projects for information on other permits that may be required to accomplish your project.
