Description: A Motorcycle Instruction Permit authorizes the operation of any motorcycle during daylight hours when under the supervision of a person who is at least 21 years of age, who has a valid license with a motorcycle endorsement, who is riding a separate motorcycle and is in visual contact with the permit holder.
